By acting for a business you confirm you are authorised to represent it and accept these additional terms with the User terms. Provide accurate ownership and service information and hold the registrations, professional licences and advertising permissions required for your actual activity and territory. A RABTONE profile, document upload, website claim or badge does not grant a business licence, recruitment permission, property-ad permit or government endorsement.
الصلاحية والدقة والترخيص
عند تمثيل نشاط تؤكد صلاحيتك وتقبل هذه الشروط مع شروط المستخدم. قدم معلومات ملكية وخدمات دقيقة واحتفظ بالتسجيلات والتراخيص المهنية وأذونات الإعلان اللازمة لنشاطك ومنطقتك. ملف المنصة أو رفع مستند أو إثبات موقع أو شارة لا يمنح ترخيصاً تجارياً أو تصريح توظيف أو إعلان عقاري أو اعتماداً حكومياً.
Business profiles and imported listings
Only claim a listing after the required domain/account checks and only use content you own or are permitted to use. Imported listings are marked unclaimed until a valid claim; this does not imply endorsement. Rights to a dataset, website facts, images and outbound notification are separate. The directory operator must record permission and source rights before imports and notices. Owners and affected people can request correction, removal or ownership-dispute review.
ملفات الأعمال والقوائم المستوردة
طالب بالقائمة بعد الفحوص المطلوبة فقط، واستخدم محتوى تملكه أو مأذوناً به. تُوسم القوائم المستوردة بأنها غير مطالب بها حتى إثبات صحيح دون دلالة على التأييد. حقوق البيانات وحقائق المواقع والصور والإشعارات الصادرة منفصلة. يلزم تسجيل أذونات المصادر قبل الاستيراد والإشعار. يمكن طلب التصحيح أو الإزالة أو مراجعة نزاع الملكية.
Inquiry handling and marketing
Use a customer’s shared details only to address their specific inquiry and reasonable expected follow-up. Never export or sell contacts, send bulk unsolicited messages or continue after rejection or withdrawal. Your own marketing must satisfy applicable approvals, registered-number, DNCR, timing, consent and recordkeeping requirements; a lead or WhatsApp button is not a blanket exemption. RABTONE does not perform those checks on your behalf or authorise a marketing campaign.

استخدم بيانات العميل لمعالجة استفساره المحدد والمتابعة المتوقعة فقط. لا تصدر أو تبع جهات الاتصال ولا ترسل رسائل جماعية غير مطلوبة ولا تواصل بعد الرفض أو السحب. يجب أن يستوفي تسويقك متطلبات الموافقات والأرقام المسجلة وسجل عدم الاتصال والتوقيت والموافقة والسجلات عند انطباقها. الزر أو الاستفسار لا يمنح إعفاءً عاماً، ولا تجري المنصة هذه الفحوص نيابة عنك أو تصرح بحملة.
Real estate and other regulated services
RABTONE supports real estate service profiles, genuine buyer or tenant requirements and private requests from sellers seeking a verified broker. A seller request is shared as a lead with verified brokers only. Individual property advertisements and project or investment promotions are prohibited. Do not publish unit inventories, guaranteed-return pitches or unapproved project ads. Property advertising would require a separate licensed workflow and the relevant emirate’s approvals, including applicable Dubai Trakheesi/Madmoun requirements. Medical, legal, financial and other regulated providers must remain within their own authorised scope; no product or service becomes lawful merely by listing here.

تدعم المنصة ملفات الخدمات العقارية وطلبات المشترين أو المستأجرين الحقيقية وطلبات البائعين الخاصة للبحث عن وسيط تم التحقق منه. تُشارك طلبات البائعين مع الوسطاء الذين تم التحقق منهم فقط. تُحظر إعلانات الوحدات العقارية وترويج المشاريع أو الاستثمارات. لا تنشر مخزون وحدات أو وعود عائد مضمون أو إعلانات غير معتمدة. يلزم للإعلانات مسار مرخص مستقل وموافقات الإمارة، بما فيها متطلبات تراخيصي ومضمون في دبي عند انطباقها. يلتزم مقدمو الخدمات الطبية والقانونية والمالية وغيرها بنطاقهم المرخص.
Employers and candidates
Post genuine vacancies for a real employer with accurate duties, location and compensation information. Do not charge a candidate recruitment/placement fees, retain passports, request payments to release a job, or collect unnecessary sensitive data. Use CVs only for the stated recruitment purpose and respect withdrawal and contact choices. Candidate access or a document check is not a recruitment-agency licence, work permit, visa approval or employment offer. Confirm applicable MOHRE and local requirements separately.
أصحاب العمل والمرشحون
انشر شواغر حقيقية بمهام وموقع ومقابل دقيق. لا تفرض على المرشح رسوم توظيف أو تحتفظ بجوازه أو تطلب دفعة لإتاحة الوظيفة أو تجمع بيانات حساسة غير لازمة. استخدم السيرة لغرض التوظيف المعلن واحترم السحب وخيارات الاتصال. الوصول أو الفحص ليس ترخيص وكالة أو تصريح عمل أو تأشيرة أو عرض عمل؛ تحقق من متطلبات وزارة الموارد البشرية والجهات المحلية.
Quotes, payments and future fees
Be clear about scope, currency, taxes, timing, limitations and cancellation terms in your own quotations and contracts. Do not collect money through RABTONE, describe the platform as escrow, or imply it guarantees your performance. There is currently no platform checkout or paid subscription. Any future paid product needs its own disclosed seller identity, price, billing, cancellation/refund terms and affirmative purchase choice before a charge; mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
العروض والمدفوعات والرسوم المستقبلية
وضح نطاق العمل والعملة والضرائب والوقت والقيود والإلغاء في عروضك وعقودك. لا تجمع أموالاً عبر رابطون أو تصفها بالضمان أو توحي بأنها تكفل أداءك. لا يوجد حالياً دفع أو اشتراك مدفوع. يلزم لأي منتج مستقبلي تعريف البائع والسعر والفوترة والإلغاء والاسترداد واختيار شراء صريح قبل الخصم، مع حفظ حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
