RABTONE · YOUR RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety & contact policy

سياسة السلامة والتواصل

Keep conversations relevant, protect people’s details and report problems early.

Effective 1 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-01Ask a question or make a request ↗
01

No spam or misuse of contacts

A response to an active requirement must be relevant and expected. Stop when asked. Do not scrape personal data, resell leads, send bulk promotions, harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate or publish private information about others. Applicable telecom, privacy and marketing rules still apply, including required approvals and DNCR controls where relevant. Do not interpret an inquiry as consent to indefinite marketing.

02

Prohibited content and misleading claims

Do not offer illegal or unlicensed activities, controlled goods without lawful permissions, weapons, illicit drugs, gambling, exploitation, counterfeit goods, scams, forged documents or get-rich/guaranteed-return schemes. No individual property advertisements or investment solicitations are accepted in the current workflow. Do not post fake vacancies, ask candidates for recruitment payments, promise visas, manipulate reviews or copy protected images without permission. Legitimate licensed services must still meet their sector rules.

03

When your requirement is fulfilled

Open My RABTONE → My requirements to pause new calls/messages, mark fulfilled or delete a public post. Reopening makes the requirement available again for its renewal period. These controls stop new contact routed through that requirement; they cannot recall contact details already saved elsewhere. Use a privacy/restriction request if stored personal information also needs review.

04

Checks before you proceed

Verify licences, credentials and contracts with the appropriate authority or provider. Never send OTPs, account passwords or recovery codes to another member. Do not pay a deposit simply because a profile has a badge. Keep evidence of a suspicious inquiry and report its page/reference. Contact the appropriate emergency service or competent authority for urgent danger or suspected crime; this support form is not an emergency channel.
