01

Your designs and responsibility

Only create designs for a business profile you own or are authorised to represent. Review all names, images, services, prices, dates and calculations before publishing. Use images and logos you have rights to use. Designs do not certify licensing, qualifications, tax registration, quality or a verified-business status. A quotation is not a tax invoice, contract acceptance or payment receipt. Agree scope, applicable tax, payment and delivery directly with your client.

02

An explicit choice to share

Publishing creates an unlisted, accessible-by-link document. Anyone holding or forwarding the link or QR can view it without login. If you enable direct phone/email links, those details are intentionally accessible to recipients and can be saved or used outside RABTONE. Business addresses and external websites entered in the design are also shared. This is a separate owner-authorised choice from the normal directory inquiry flow. No unrelated marketing permission is included.

03

Client information and control

Include client information only with authority and a valid reason. Send quotations only to intended recipients; a link is not a password-protected client portal. No search indexing is requested for shared documents, but recipients can still copy or forward them. You can pause access or replace the link; this cannot recall downloaded documents, screenshots or saved contacts. Draft edits do not change the shared snapshot until you publish again.

04

Platform attribution and help

Shared designs include a Made with RABTONE signature and a link back to the platform. The business remains responsible for its content and client discussions; RABTONE does not process quotation payments or confirm outside calls/emails as delivered inquiries. Use Support & privacy requests to report a design, request a correction or exercise your data rights.
