01

The service and its current status

RABTONE is a discovery and connection platform in public preview, with company registration pending. It is not a contracting seller, payment provider, escrow service, estate broker, recruitment agency or booking operator for transactions between members. No paid plan or checkout is currently offered. Contacting a member does not form a purchase, employment or property contract with RABTONE. Commercial activity remains subject to the licences and approvals that actually apply.

02

Eligibility and account safety

Use an account only if you are at least 18, have legal capacity for your action and are entitled to use the details you provide. The existing sign-in provider handles authentication; independent email/mobile and business checks have their own meaning. Keep passwords, recovery codes and OTPs private. Do not impersonate anyone, create misleading accounts or share access to another person’s documents. Logout on shared devices and remove local drafts when needed.

03

Posting and sharing

Publish accurate, lawful requirements you genuinely need. Have permission for every description, image and attachment you upload. Do not publish other people’s contact details or confidential records. You allow RABTONE to host, format and display your submitted content for the selected feature and visibility, and to process it for safety and service operation. You retain your underlying rights; this does not give us unrestricted ownership of your content. Pause or fulfil a requirement when it is no longer open.

04

Responsible contact

Login and a saved inquiry are required for supported business and requirement contact routes. Shared reply details may be used only for the inquiry and an expected follow-up, not sold, scraped or added to an unrelated promotion list. Respect rejection, withdrawal and stop requests. A publicly visible listing or inquiry does not remove applicable UAE marketing, telecom, privacy or sector rules. See the Safety & contact policy before contacting anyone.

05

Checks, suggestions and external services

A badge describes the specific completed check, not a guarantee of identity, licensing, quality, solvency or a fraud-free transaction. Matching, categories and imported drafts may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. Confirm a provider’s current licence, credentials, scope, availability and contract directly. External services apply their own terms. RABTONE does not confirm external message delivery, sales, investment returns or live booking availability.

06

Safety, restrictions and moderation

Follow the Business terms and Safety policy for regulated offers, advertising, jobs and reviews. We may restrict access or hide content proportionately for suspected unlawful activity, privacy exposure, security threats, policy violations or a lawful request. Reports are assessed rather than treated as proof. Use Support & privacy requests to report a problem or appeal a decision. Where lawful and practical, the reason and available response route will be explained.

07

Responsibility and preserved rights

Each participant remains responsible for their own statements, permissions, contracts and conduct. Service interruptions, inaccurate user content and external services can create risks; assess them before sharing information or entering a contract. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses RABTONE’s own unlawful conduct, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or employment rights. No blanket waiver of your statutory rights is required.

08

Changes, requests and applicable law

The displayed version and your acceptance time are recorded. Material changes to covered terms require review of the new version before relevant new actions. You can stop using the service and request account/data review. UAE law and the competent courts apply as determined by applicable law, without removing a mandatory right or competent authority route in another applicable jurisdiction. These operational policies are not a licence, legal opinion or government endorsement.
